About Me

Haroon Rashid is currently a Researcher in Geotechnical Engineering at IIT Bombay working under the guidance of Prof.Deepankar Choudhury (HOD Civil, IIT Bombay). He has completed his masters in Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad in 2021. He emerged as a batch topper with a CGPA of 9.98. He has completed his B.Tech Civil Engineering in 2019 from National Institute of Technology Srinagar. He has worked on the site-specific dynamic response of an offshore wind turbine during his masters. He is well versed with various finite element software packages, GIS-based softwares, VB, MATLAB and C programming languages.
